*If you show any symptoms of being sick, you will be asked to wear a mask or reschedule. Please notify us if you’re not feeling well and we will be happy to reschedule you.
*We will no longer be distributing magazines so please make sure to have your own reading device, book, or phone with you while you process.
*You are asked to remain in your car until it is time for your appointment.
Text us at 617-600-8728 when you have arrived and we will let you know when it is okay to come in.
*We know that child care is difficult but we kindly ask for them to remain home. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment if you’re unable to do so.
*Friends/company are currently prohibited at this time.
*We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. You will be charged 50% of your service if you cancel after this time period. Due to Covid 19, our cancellation fee will be waived if you're having any symptoms.
* You have up to five days to receive adjustments to your hair after your visit.
