*If you show any symptoms of being sick, we kindly ask for you to wear a mask. ​

*We know that child care is difficult but we kindly ask for them to remain home.

*Friends/company are prohibited due to the intimate space.
*To secure your appointment, we require a credit card and adhere to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this period, a fee of 25% of the service cost will apply. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be billed at 100% of the service fee. Please note that cancellations due to illness will still be subject to these charges.
* You have up to five days to receive adjustments to your hair after your visit. ​​

*All new clients must fill out our new client form before booking an appointment.
