*If you show any symptoms of being sick, we kindly ask for you to wear a mask.

​*You are asked to remain in your car until it is time for your appointment.
Text us at 617-600-8728 when you have arrived and we will let you know when it is okay to come in.

*We know that child care is difficult but we kindly ask for them to remain home.

*Friends/company are prohibited due to the intimate space.
*We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. If a cancellation comes after this window, a charge of 25% of the service will apply. Additionally, failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service. Cancellations due to illness will still incur charges as per our policy.

* You have up to five days to receive adjustments to your hair after your visit.
